just when i thought that i’d seen the most incompetent of hospital staff… i look over my shoulder to see an orderly carrying a urine specimen in his mouth.

yeeech. what are these people thinking? it’s the healthcare equivalent of pipetting strange chemicals by mouth. dysentery, anyone?

at long last, i am close to finishing the toycamera.com website! i uploaded it today, and will be working with people to kick it into full gear. for now, i’ll wait for inspiration to hit me with another project.

i found a new cuban restaurant the other day– so yummy! so now i’m sipping my new favorite soda– jupina. it’s pineapple, it’s bubbly, it’s just fab. i just gotta find a place that sells this stuff by the gallon. bring on the sugar high!

the other day i braved the treacherous drive down to hollywood and picked up my new favorite camera– this fabulous cross between my nickelodeon photoblaster, my action sampler, and a cheap motorized point and shoot. i’ve been snapping photos like a madwoman ever since. i’ll have to get the film developed asap so i can see what this puppy can do.

happy valentines day! it’s a beautiful, wet, dreary morning– and i’m just counting the hours before i see my beau. instead of braving the restaurant scene, we’re doing the gourmet thing at home. fun fun!

i come home today to find my desk covered in ants. what they’re looking for, i have no idea. i go into the kitchen to get my cleaning supplies– and there i find a million ants crawling around my sink. crap. i clean the kitchen ants and the desk ants and find and clean up the bathroom ants… and i’m tired. fortunately, i bought those little disks with the poisoned food in them today– so we’ll see if they work. ugh. time to clean the fish tank.
