and tonight, my yoga class.
what do these places have in common? they’re all places that i’ve fallen asleep. running on 3 hours of sleep and a bit of adrenaline, i attempted to yoga my way through the evening. halfway through the class, however, i became extremely exhausted and sat down in child’s pose. during last pose of the night (corpse pose) i blacked out and apparently snored my way to the very end. i woke up with a gentle nudge from my friend phoebe — looked around — and realized that all but three people had left the room.
according to phoebe, i snored loud enough to catch the attention of the whole class. good grief. i really must get more sleep.
