sum sum summertime

the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and it’s only a week of backbreaking work left before the sum-sum-summertime vacation! to celebrate, i thought it might be a good idea to catch some sun while i read today– so i ventured out to the pool. sadly enough, the lock was broken and i wasn’t able to enter. before i could sadly trudge back to my dark, empty apartment, however, i was chased by a pair of bees — one of whom sped past my face so closely that it hit my eyelashes. oh the terror!
somebody please, please take me to the beach!
