never do yoga on an empty stomach

45 minutes into it, i suddenly felt all lightheaded and my stomach started grumbling… and i had to sit out for a while. not fun.
but… it was a nice ending to an otherwise exhausting day. i had to TA in the morning, 2 hours of omm , an omm meeting at lunchtime that seemed to never end, ECM madness with my non compliant hypothyroid patient, and studying with steven.
my gym has a new crack ‘o dawn yoga class on thursdays now. i’m going to meet emma [a classmate] there if i can get my butt to sleep early enough on wednesday night. yo-ga!
