hey… who stole the leaves?
it’s fallllllllllllll! the halloween candy is out, but something doesn’t feel quite right. i’m missing the bright orangey yellowy reddish leaves that used to brighten up my walk to the car every morning. everything is GREEN in pasadena. the only brightly colored leaves you get are the ones made of construction paper from the neighborhood art store. poo.
perhaps a caramel apple will help.
my obsession with halloween started with the masses of campy/spooky decor (and candy!) at target– and continues on with the latest and greatest paper source catalogue. i feel like having a party… or going to a party… or at least carving a pumpkin or eating a pumpkin or tossing a pumpkin off the roof of a building.
i have a handful of stretchy body parts and some witchy paratroopers scattered around the house. i have to do something with them. anyone want one?
