All consultation and appointments must be reserved online here.

Please turn on your notifications as a confirmation email with salon direction and appointment details will be sent after booking.

To make the experience as seamless as possible, please read these guidelines.

Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will go towards your booking.

CANCELLATION

100% of the service will be charged for cancellation/no shows within 72-hr notice.

Rescheduling

If you reschedule within the 72-hr notice, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be used for another booking.

If you reschedule outside the 72-hr notice, your deposit will apply to your new booking.

REFUND

No refunds will be issued. Re-do's are offered within 2 weeks of service if applicable.

RUNNING LATE

No late fees will be charged. In the event that you're more than 20 minutes late, part of your service will be modified.

PARKING

There are plenty of surrounding paid street parking and garages. Please be aware that Midtown can get heavy traffic anytime of the day.

WHAT NOT TO WEAR

Avoid hoodies, turtlenecks, fuzzy sweaters or sentimental jewelry. Any items that you don't want to risk getting color or hair on.

REFRESHMENTS

We serve an assortment of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

TIMING

Appointments can run longer than expected so please coordinate personal plans accordingly.
